What the directory is
The directory helps people find local businesses by category and location. We provide information only. We do not perform the services offered by listed businesses, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a business you find here.
Listings are not endorsements
Listing information is supplied by businesses or compiled from business information available to us. We do not verify every listing, and a listing is not a recommendation, endorsement or guarantee of any business or its work. Before hiring anyone, check licenses, insurance, references and pricing yourself.
Submitting a listing
When you submit a listing, you confirm that:
- you are authorized to act for the business;
- the information you provide is accurate and you will keep it up to date;
- the content does not infringe anyone else’s rights or break any law.
You give us permission to display, format, edit for clarity and promote the listing on the directory and in related marketing. We may decline, edit or remove any listing at our discretion, and a submission may be held for review before it appears.
Reviews
Reviews must describe your own genuine experience with the business. Do not post reviews that are false, misleading, abusive, discriminatory or unlawful, that reveal private information, or that you were paid or otherwise rewarded to write without saying so. Business owners may not review their own business or a competitor. You give us permission to display your review on the directory. We may remove any review, and reviews reflect the opinions of their authors, not ours.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy or collect listing data in bulk, by scraping or any other automated means, without our written permission;
- use the directory to send spam or unsolicited marketing;
- submit false information or impersonate another person or business;
- interfere with the directory, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or introduce harmful code;
- use the directory for any unlawful purpose.
Our content
The design, text, graphics, logos and software of the directory belong to 100 Local Networking LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission. Business names, logos and trademarks shown in listings belong to their owners.
Links to other websites
The directory links to websites operated by others. We are not responsible for their content, products, services or practices.
Disclaimer
The directory is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the directory or about any business listed in it, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your dealings with a business you found through the directory, including the quality, safety, legality or timing of its work. Some states do not allow certain limits on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses, including legal fees, arising from content you submit or from your breach of these terms.
Ending access
We may suspend or end anyone’s access to the directory, or remove any content, if we believe these terms have been broken or to protect the directory or its users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which 100 Local Networking LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the directory after a change, the updated terms apply.
